Simon Fraser University, Bachelors of Science degree (double major in Mathematics and Economics).

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Currently licensed as an Associate Broker with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Twenty-eight years real estate sales experience specializing in Vancouver Westside residences.

I have successfully marketed and sold foreclosure properties for the Royal Bank of Canada, Laurentian Bank of Canada and the Canadian Western Bank.

I have been involved in marketing (hi-rise, townhouse) pre-sale projects.
